Situated in the sunny South East, overlooking the 4th Fairway of the local Golf course, just ten minutes walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach, Youghal Leisure centre and Farrell's pub and only fifteen minutes walk into town.

The Master bedroom in Youghal Holiday Home sleeps two and comes complete with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and a sea view. The three remaining bedrooms sleep a total of five and consist of one King bedroom, one Twin bedroom and one Single bedroom. Bathroom with Bath/Shower also located upstairs.

The open fire place in the Living room makes this the heart of the home. Cable TV is located in the Living room and Sitting room. Kitchen/Dining room has all the modern conveniences from an ultra modern fitted kitchen to a wood burning stove. Utility room comes complete with a Washing machine and Dryer. French doors open out onto a patio area with garden furniture.
